Welcome to the White Bull in Gisburn. The historic 18th century coaching inn is a listed building in the heart of the village of Gisburn on the border of Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales. Situated on the A59, the main thoroughfare between Clitheroe and Skipton, the White Bull is perfectly situated for our guests to explore the stunning local countryside including the historic Gisburn Forrest and the many local villages and small towns. At approximately 15 miles from the M6, Gisburn is ideally situated for a weekend break or a business trip.
The White Bull offers a warm welcome and excellent accommodation with a choice of 8 stylish rooms to suit the single traveller or a family. We are proud of our food and drink offer, which offers all the classics you would expect from a traditional Lancashire country inn and dishes for the more discerning palate. Be it an afternoon tea or a traditional english breakfast the White Bull has something for everyone.
Going through our low ceilinged pub, the venue opens up into a stunning function facility which is suitable for every occasion. From a stunning wedding for up to 80 guests (140 night-time) to a family christening or conference the White Bull can meet your requirements. With a lovely private garden area to the rear of the property the White Bull is equipped to offer you photo opportunities to remember your event or stay with us.
We look forward to welcoming you to the White Bull even if it is just to have a drink and meet our locals enjoying the more traditional aspect of the White Bull with 4 hand pulled ales and a choice of continental lagers and beers and an excellent wine list compiled by our Master of Wines, Miles Corresh, from the Bowland Forrest Vintners.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to the White Bull in Gisburn where your pleasure becomes ours.
